Privacy Policy

Effective May 30, 2026

Chor is a beta-stage mobile platform for dancers, coaches, studios, teams, organizations, and guardians. This Privacy Policy explains how Chor collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app, websites, and related services.

Information we collect

How we use information

Payments

Chor may use Stripe, Apple, Firebase, and other service providers to process payments, verify transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. Chor does not intentionally store full card numbers in our app database.

Minors and guardians

Chor includes safety workflows for minor accounts, including guardian approval and account restrictions where required. Guardians may contact us about a minor account at support@chor-app.com or privacy@chor-app.com.

Sharing information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate Chor, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, customer support, safety, and fraud-prevention providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our Terms.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or support with your account by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security and retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a beta-stage product. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer retention period is required for safety, legal, tax, accounting, or operational reasons.
