Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Chor, a beta-stage mobile platform for dancers, coaches, studios, teams, organizations, guardians, and dance-related services.
Beta-stage service
Chor is preparing for beta release. Features may change, be unavailable, or be limited by role, location, age, guardian approval, platform rules, or payment provider requirements. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we test and improve Chor.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Some roles, features, bookings, payments, communications, and visibility settings may require verification or approval.
- Minor accounts may require guardian approval and may be subject to additional safety restrictions.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Community expectations
Do not use Chor to harass, exploit, mislead, impersonate, spam, violate intellectual property rights, collect sensitive information without permission, or engage in unsafe, illegal, or abusive conduct. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action to protect the platform and its users.
Payments, bookings, and services
Chor may support payments for coach feedback, lessons, bookings, events, tickets, or other dance-related offerings. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, Apple, or other providers. Additional provider terms may apply. Chor may charge platform fees, taxes, or other amounts shown at checkout where applicable.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Chor Refund and Cancellation Policy and any policy shown at checkout. For billing support, contact billing@chor-app.com.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Chor permission to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
No professional advice
Chor may include coaching, feedback, mentorship, community, or business tools. Chor does not guarantee results, opportunities, bookings, earnings, performance outcomes, admission, casting, employment, or safety outcomes.
Service availability
Chor is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all errors will be fixed immediately.
