Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Chor handles refunds and cancellations for beta-stage purchases, bookings, coaching services, events, tickets, and other paid offerings made through Chor.
General policy
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of purchase, the timing of cancellation, whether a service has already been delivered, provider policies, payment processor rules, Apple policies, Stripe requirements, and applicable law.
Coach services and bookings
- If a coach, provider, studio, or organizer cancels a paid booking before it is delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If you cancel before a scheduled service, eligibility may depend on the cancellation window shown in Chor or communicated by the provider.
- Completed coaching, mentorship, feedback, and digital services are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by Chor support.
Events and tickets
- Event ticket refunds may depend on the organizer's policy, event timing, and whether the ticket has been used.
- If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible paid tickets may be refunded through the original payment method where supported.
- Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
Apple purchases
If a purchase is processed by Apple, refunds may need to be requested through Apple. Apple's refund decision and processing timeline may apply.
Stripe and card payments
If a purchase is processed by Stripe or another card processor, approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary and payment processor fees may not always be refundable.
Disputes and billing help
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, incorrect, duplicated, or related to a service that was not delivered, contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review the issue.
